The Procurement Department is hereby reporting to you that as a result of a competitive bid performed by our office, that our incumbent vendor, Sayle and Wimmer Printers will remain as our preferred vendor for the procurement of university stationery (letterhead, business cards, envelopes, etc.) from 1/1/03 through 12/31/05 unless otherwise noted by our office.

To aid you in your dealings with this vendor, please be reminded that you can contact them for assistance at: (973) 761-6696 or by fax at: (973) 761-1423 or finally by email at: swprint@bellatlantic.net. Your contact there is Mr. Shep Westcott.

Finally, attached you will find SHU's pricing and order specs on the stationery items we typically order from this vendor. Pricing is good until further notice from our office. Sayle and Wimmer does accept AMEX. Please also remember that only SHU markers/logos approved by Public Relations and Marketing and made known to Sayle and Wimmer are acceptable for printing. Sayle and Wimmer has been instructed not to deviate from these university printing standards made known to them by PR&M and Procurement.

Should you have any questions, please let me know. Otherwise, we believe that S&W will continue to provide you with the excellent service and pricing that Seton Hall has to come to expect from this vendor due to their many years of quality service to us.
