Probationary Period
- The Department of Human Resources will provide an orientation relative to University policies, procedures and employee benefits during New Employee Orientation.
- It shall be incumbent upon the employee’s immediate supervisor to provide an orientation and to monitor the progress and performance of the employee in accordance with the proper appraisal process and forms as supplied by the Department of Human Resources.
- Complete a performance evaluation just prior to the end of 90 days of employment. Retain the Original, send a copy to the Department of Human Resources.
