Volunteers share a snack with the elderly while visiting
This is a weekly event during which volunteers visit a local senior citizens home for an hour in the evening. Volunteers are encouraged to build a relationship with one or more of the residents. The volunteers usually meet with the residents in community rooms to have conversations or play games, but may meet in the residents’ individual rooms depending on their needs.
