The Compliance Officer works with the Office of General Counsel and with University's Affirmative Action Officer to ensure that processes exist for timely and appropriate investigations, concerning potential violations of EEO/AA policy. The Compliance Officer also coordinates investigations of potential violations of both the University Policy Against Racial and Ethnic Discrimination, and the University Policy Against Sexual Harassment.
