Vehicle Safety Program Application Process
New Applicant Process to become an Approved Driver:
- Complete on-line application form and waiver
- Submit completed forms for review
- Receive email notice that request has been received
- Receive email notice that supervisor has approved request
- Receive email notice that MVR is approved and instructions to take on-line test
- Log onto web site and take on-line test
- Receive notice that you are now approved as an Authorized Driver
- Receive notice of new applicant request
- Complete Budget Number indicating approval and submit completed
form. The budget number is used to charge the requesting department the $15
fee for each MVR query.
- Receive copy of email notice that MVR is
approved and applicant now must take on-line test
- Receive copy of email notice that applicant is now approved as Authorized Driver
